Join us in Celebrating
NATIONAL WALKING MONTH

Are you looking for a fun way to get moving?  Then join us for a 4-week walking challenge during the month of October!
By joining Walk4LIFE, you'll be sure to stay on track and make walking a priority with fun friendly competition, encouragement along the way, and great prizes at the end; most importantly, you'll experience the many health benefits that come with regular walking. 
So what are you waiting for? Lace up your walking shoes and join us for this month-long celebration!  

Everyone who registers by September 28 will receive a Walk4LIFE reusable water bottle.

BMG Patient: $15.00 registration fee
Non-BMG Patient: $20.00 registration fee
$5.00 discount if you participated in a past fitness challenge.
