The California Association of Physician Groups (CAPG) has created this website for Medicare Advantage patients, their doctors, and loved ones as a means to tell our elected representatives that coordinated care plans are vital. At this site, you can type in your name and address so a letter of support will be generated to your Congressional Representative.
Every voice counts. Our Congressional representatives need to hear from your network of friends, family and co-workers about how Medicare Advantage and coordinated care is improving healthcare for seniors. The more our Congressional delegation hears from us, the stronger they can advocate to preserve coordinated care services within any proposed Medicare Reform package.
