Facilities Expansion in Beaumont
January 05, 2018
Beaver Medical Group
announced it is strengthening and expanding its commitment to the
Banning/Beaumont community with the development of new state-of-the-art
facilities to serve Beaver patients.

Beaver Medical Group has
executed a long-term lease for a new, three-story office building, which will
encompass 44,357 square feet, in the Sundance Corporate Center at the
intersection of Highland Springs Avenue and East Eighth Street in Beaumont. The
new building is expected to open in early 2020.
This location will replace and
substantially improve upon the existing urgent care center at Highland Springs. The
new facility will include an urgent care center with expanded hours and
services, laboratory services and radiology/imaging services. Beaver Medical
Group, with an eye toward the future, has also negotiated an option to lease an
additional 86,000 square feet of space at the Sundance Corporate Center to
support additional patient growth.
“Beaver Medical Group has been in the Banning/Beaumont community
for decades and will be for decades to come,” stated John Goodman, Administrator
of Beaver Medical Group. “We are committed to providing top-quality healthcare
to the community’s current population and future generations. This expansion of
Beaver’s services is necessary to meet the healthcare demands of a growing
region.”
“The depth of
the commitment by Beaver Medical Group to this community is immeasurable,”
stated Jan Harriman, Development Manager of the Sundance Corporate Center. “We
are pleased to see a top-rated physician group and exceptional corporate
citizen like Beaver Medical Group make this long-term commitment to the region.
Their objective to greatly improve patients' ability to receive superior
medical care in their own community is punctuated by the decisive and bold
commitment to these two new properties. The new projects are destined to raise
the bar on the medical care offered now and is without question, a significant
win for the residents of Beaumont, Banning, Cherry Valley and beyond.”
Beaver Medical Group currently has more than 80 doctors serving 40,000
patients in the Banning/Beaumont area. In addition to the local hospitals,
Beaver has three facilities for patients in the Banning/Beaumont community: the
Banning Primary Care Center, the Banning Specialty Care Center and the Highland
Springs Medical Plaza and Urgent Care.
Beaver is one of the oldest medical groups in
California. It first opened its doors in Redlands in 1945, and today it is the
largest medical group in the Inland Empire with more than 200 doctors.
