Team Leader - $10 registration fee and completed registration form

A Team Leader is responsible for recruiting a minimum of 10 walkers. Each walker recruits a minimum of 10 sponsors who donate a minimum of $10 dollars each. The registration fee covers your Promotional Gift and lunch. Team Leaders will collect registration forms, registration fees and sponsorship from the walkers on their team. Team Leaders will provide Walkers with personal contact information. Your walkers need access to you for questions and concerns.

Walker - $10 registration fee and completed registration form

A Walker recruits a minimum of ten sponsors who donate a minimum of $10 dollars each. The registration fee covers your Promotional Gift and lunch. Walkers will collect registration forms and sponsorship from the sponsors that you recruit. 

Sponsor - sponsorship and a completed registration form

A Sponsor is someone who donates a minimum of $10 dollars.  The registration form helps Side By Side keep the sponsor informed on the progress of the event.  Sponsors will submit a registration form and sponsorship directly to their Walker .
