Family Safety Day - Red Cross Event

Event Information

AT NO COST TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! LEARN HOW TO:

- Be prepared for disasters by attending the Family Disaster Preparedness presentation (each family will receive a free personal emergency kit)

- Provide First Aid and compressions-only CPR presentation (non-certification)

- Help children be prepared for disasters through the Preparedness Puppet show (4 bikes will be raffled)

- Access additional community resources at the fair including police, fire, local charities and more.

FAMILY SAFETY DAY SCHEDULE: Please choose Session 1 OR Session 2

9 am  - 1:30 pm - Resource Fair

8 – 8:45 a.m. Check in for Session 1 

9:00  – 10:30 a.m. Session 1: Family Disaster Preparedness Presentation / Family Activity/  Compression-only CPR / First Aid Presentations

8:45 am - 10:15 am: Check in for Session 2
10:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: Session 2: Family Disaster Preparedness Presentation / Family Activity/ Compression-only CPR / First Aid Presentations

10:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m: Preparedness Puppet Show (Families with Children)

11:30 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. Lunch / Resource Fair / Bike Raffle

1:30 p.m. End

Space is limited.

You MUST Pre-Registration to reserve a place in the preparedness and compression-only CPR / First Aid presentations. When registering, please choose a presentation session (Session 1 or Session 2). Please register each person in your family attending the event (adults and children).

The first 1100 who RSVP and attend the presentations are eligible to receive lunch and prizes.
