Mobile service for non-ambulatory patients - We come to you!

The Wound Care Team will visit patients at their current residence if it would be difficult for patients to come to the clinic. This means that quadriplegics, paraplegics and frail (non-ambulatory) patients normally requiring medical transport to a hospital for wound care can instead receive treatment where they are located, including:

   - Skilled Nursing Facilities 
   - Board & Care Facilities 
   - Convalescent Facilities 
   - Patient Homes

  
Wound Care Clinic in Yucaipa for ambulatory patients

Patients who are mobile (ambulatory), can come to the Wound Care Clinic at the Yucaipa Beaver Medical Group office located at 33758 Yucaipa Blvd.

The Wound Care Clinic is not based at a hospital, so patients can avoid hospital based infections and easily park near the building.

Cost

Dr. Fox charges at the rate of a regular primary care physician visit. Co-pays are determined by your insurance.
