Health Education Adds Yoga Class

The Health Education Department has announced that it is adding a Yoga class. Participants will learn the basics of yoga, while getting a gentle workout for the body, mind and soul. A combination of vinyasa (flowing) and holding postures, pranayama (breath work) and meditation is suitable for all ages and all levels, including beginner. Yoga is an effective workout that increases strength, flexibility and mental calmness while decreasing stress. Yoga will make you feel better!
