Highland Church Street Moving to Highland Boulder 12/6/21

The Highland Church Street clinicians and staff are moving to Beaver Medical Group’s Highland facility at 7000 Boulder Ave.

Beginning Monday, December 6, 2021, Dr. Lailae Furutan, Dr. Michael Leong and Dr. Hung Nguyen will be located on the third floor of the Highland facility on Boulder, and Sarah Young, NP will be on the second floor.
