Seniors have many coverage options including Medicare Advantage plans, traditional Medicare, supplemental plans and prescription coverage plans. Unfortunately, seniors are often not fully informed about what plan is best for them. Seniors are inundated with marketing materials and huge packets of information from many different Medicare plans that can be overwhelming and confusing. Fortunately, Beaver Medical Group physicians accept Medicare Advantage plans with $0 premiums and reasonable co-pays for hospital care, doctor visits and prescriptions. The presentation by the insurance representatives includes an overview of Medicare Parts A-D, PPO/supplemental plans and a detailed comparison of all 5 of the Advantage plans accepted at Beaver Medical Group.

At individual appointments, the representatives can check to see if their prescriptions are covered, help them calculate the cost of prescriptions under various plans and enroll the seniors in the Medicare plan of their choice.
