The fair is free, open to the public and is being held at the medical plaza at:
Highland Spring Medical Plaza
81 S. Highland Springs Ave. in Beaumont.

Bring the whole family out to see all the fair has to offer! Kids activities will include a petting zoo, face painting, clowns and crafts. There will be entertainment on stage as well as free food samples and vendors.
Over 10 health screenings! Including cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, bone density, vision, balance and much more will be available!
