Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern California Kids Walk

Beaver Medical Group is a proud sponsor of the Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern California's (CCFSC) 19th Annual Kids Walk in Loma Linda. Join us, September 8, 2019, as we march down the streets of Loma Linda, CA to raise awareness of childhood cancer!

CCFSC's mission is to provide emotional, social, educational and emergency assistance to families who have a child with cancer. CCFSC strives to make the signs and symptoms of childhood cancer known to the community by placing an emphasis on early detection, which is key in saving the lives of young people battling this disease. The Annual Kids Walk is a community awareness and fundraising event that helps fund this mission.

Families who have a child currently in oncology treatment will walk in honor of their child. Families who have lost a child to cancer will hold banners in memory of their loved one during this tribute. Survivors take the opportunity to take a victory march for conquering the disease.

“Go for Gold, Stand for Hope” by walking side by side with the courageous fighters and their families that reside in the Inland Empire!
