About This Class
This 4-week course will help you learn how to work towards living tobacco free! You will examine the real reasons why people smoke and why it's so difficult to quit. You will also learn how to effectively deal with withdrawal symptoms and tempting situations. This class will help you to identify and manage triggers, boost your motivation and confidence in quitting, teach you how to effectively with stress and prevent relapse.
A series of four classes are held weekly on Mondays, 5:15 to 6:15 pm in the Redlands Main Clinic, Conference Room A.
