About This Class
Change your life, one healthy habit at a time. The focus of this class is to assist you in your journey towards better health . In this 5-week course, you will learn how to adopt and maintain healthy habits for life. You will also learn what foods and exercises protect against many life-sytle related diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. Additionally, you will receive a pre - and post - body composition (%body fat) analysis. A variety of follow up options are available to help you maintain your new healthy habits.
If you are unable to attend class, individual appointments are also available with Dr. RoWandalla Goudeau.
