About This Class
No matter how old you are and regardless of your current health, you can adopt healthy habits, you lead a stronger, healthier and happier life. In this class you will learn how to fully eradicate old, unhealthy habits by replacing them with new, healthy behaviors. Learn what foods and exercises protect against many life-style related diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. This class includes a pre and post body composition (% body fat) analysis.
