About This Class
No boring lectures here! Learn how to make good decisions about food and physical activity through fun, interactive activities that involve the entire family.
The classes are free and are designed for families with kids ages 7-12. Private appointments available for teens
Topics include: What to eat. Getting enough water. Media literacy. Listening to hunger signs and eating mindfully. Portion control. "Strong", "Lazy" and In-between" foods. Dealing with teasing. Physical activity.
