This 4-week Conquering Insomnia program will show you how to overcome your chronic insomnia with cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). CBT-I is proven to be the most effective first-line treatment for adults with chronic insomnia. Learn basic facts about sleep, daytime and bedtime relaxation techniques, stimulus control techniques, and lifestyle practices for improving sleep.
