Under the supervision of a pharmacist, utilize specialized pharmacy knowledge and expertise to provide integrated support to Beaver Medical Group clinicians and patients to enhance member satisfaction and access to quality care by supporting pharmacy wellness programs. Primary role is comprised of differing types and levels of interactions with internal and external clients to provide them with appropriate and timely service and interventions.

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), CA State Board of Pharmacy Licensed Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)

Assisting pharmacist to adequately and safely dispense narcotic prescriptions, watch for possible interactions and improper dosages. Learning how medications help to treat conditions and how these medications can also cause patients to experience new conditions of their own that must be treated.
