MEDICAL & MEDICAL MANAGEMENT POSITIONS Registered Nurse: (Full & Part - time) The Registered Nurse provides expert professional nursing care; assess plan, implements and evaluates the care rendered to patients with urgent, emergent or potential health problems; and participates in the management of the department. Assist in department as directed by Manager. Qualifications: Current CA RN license, Current CPR certification, injection certification, excellent patient education skills, telephone triage skills, good management and interpersonal skills, previous experience preferred. Location: Various Departments LVN: (Full-time) The Licensed Vocational Nurse assumes responsibility for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems. He/She utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics. He/She sill be an integral participant in the organization and management of the physician’s practice for the duration of the time assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; current State of California LVN license; current BLS certification; IV certification; two years previous experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; bilingual preferred. Location: Redlands/Banning Orthopedic Tech.: (Full-time) The Orthopedic Tech. coordinates all technical work related to the performance of orthopedic functions in the Orthopedic department such as casting, splinting and assisting with orthopedic procedures. Maintains the cast room and the orthopedic equipment. Qualifications; high school diploma or equivalent; graduation cert. from an accredited orthopedic tech; two years experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic preferred; BLS certification and current level II NBCOT certification required; proficiently skilled in the use of Windows, Word Perfect, and Excel; good interpersonal relationship skills. Location: Redlands Phlebotomist /CPT I: (Part-time) The phlebotomist works under general supervision to withdraw blood from patients with minimum discomfort and pain, for the performance of various blood and chemical analysis. Minimum requirements include high school diploma or equivalent; graduate from an approved phlebotomy training program; current venipuncture certificate as approved of and required by Department of Health Services (Clinical Laboratory Field Services). CPT I or CPT II certification is required by the State of California; one year prior phlebotomy experience in a laboratory at a multi-specialty clinic or acute care setting; previous computer experience required. Duties require the ability to devote an extra degree of professionalism and patience with our clients. Applicant must present a caring and professional attitude toward all contacts. Location: Redlands Radiology Technologist: (Full-time Wednesday - Sunday 8 hr day shifts Part time & On-Call also available) ARRT/CRT & Fluoro CRT certification is required, CRT Mammo preferred. Location: Highland, Redlands Sign-on/Retention Incentives up to $1,500 for FT. 15% shift differential for P.M. shifts & weekend hours.
