While you can't predict when an emergency will occur, you can be prepared. In just one morning, American Red Cross training can give you the vital knowledge and skills you'll need to respond to a life-threatening situation with confidence.
At Super Adult CPR Saturday, you will receive a one year adult CPR certification, a participant book and skills reference guide.
You will learn:
• Care for choking victims
• Perform adult CPR
• Recognize the signs of a heart attack
