Pharmacy Refill Procedure
Please allow three to four days for your refill procedure.
  • When you need a refill on your medication, please call the number on your prescription label to place your request. You should have your pill container handy, because the pharmacy needs the prescription number printed on the label. Please use this procedure even if you do not have any refills left.

  • Your pharmacist will contact our medical records refill clerk who will forward your medical information to your physician for review. Your physician's nurse will then contact your pharmacist with the approval of your refill. If there is a concern or question regarding your refill, the nurse will contact you.

  • Please allow three to four days for refills. We encourage you to call your pharmacist one working week before your prescription ends. Some refills may require that you return to see your physician before he/she will authorize the medication. Your physician's office will advise you of this, and you can then make an appointment.

  • If you were given samples by physician and now need a prescription, please call your physician's nurse for instructions.

  • For mail order prescriptions, follow the instructions provided by your insurance carrier.

  • The above will always be the most expedient manner in which to obtain your medications.
